French Door Refrigerator

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Level
  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • ¼" nut driver

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with adequate ventilation, away from heat sources, and on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Packaging: Remove all shipping materials, tape, and protective film from the refrigerator interior and exterior.
  3. Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is level from front to back and side to side for proper door operation.
  4. Connect Water Supply (if applicable): For ice maker and water dispenser models, connect to a cold water line with a shut-off valve using the provided water line.
  5. Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 115V, 60Hz, AC only grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Clearance Requirements: Ensure at least 1" clearance at back and sides, and 2" at top for proper air circulation.
  7. Initial Setup: Allow refrigerator to stand upright for 24 hours before plugging in. Set temperature controls and allow 24 hours to reach proper temperatures.
Warning: Installation should be performed by qualified personnel to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.
