Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources and direct sunlight, on a solid, level floor.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, tapes, and protective films from the refrigerator interior and exterior.
- Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is level from front to back and side to side for proper door operation.
- Clearance Requirements: Ensure minimum clearances: 2 inches at back, 1 inch at top, and 1 inch on both sides for proper air circulation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 115V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord or adapter.
- Initial Setup: Allow the refrigerator to stand upright for at least 4 hours before plugging in to let refrigerant settle.
- Temperature Settings: Set refrigerator to 37°F (3°C) and freezer to 0°F (-18°C). Allow 24 hours to reach optimal temperatures.
