Parts Installation Guide

Door Gasket Replacement

Remove old gasket by pulling from retaining channel. Clean channel thoroughly. Starting at top center, insert new gasket into channel, working around door. Ensure proper alignment for complete seal.

Water Filter Installation

Turn filter ¼ turn counterclockwise to remove. Insert new filter and turn clockwise until it stops. Run 2 gallons of water through dispenser to clear air and activate filter.

Shelves and Drawers

Align shelf/drawer with support rails. Slide into position until it clicks or stops. Ensure weight is evenly distributed and items are properly arranged.

Ice Maker Replacement

Disconnect power. Remove ice maker cover. Disconnect electrical and water connections. Remove mounting screws. Reverse process with new unit. Test ice production cycle.

Light Bulb/LED Replacement

Access light cover. Remove old bulb/LED module. Install new bulb/LED ensuring proper wattage and type. Replace cover and test operation.

Control Board Installation

Document wire connections before removal. Disconnect power. Remove old board. Transfer any necessary components. Install new board and reconnect all wires precisely.
