Replacement Guide
Water Filter Replacement
Replace EveryDrop® filter every 6 months. Turn filter 1/4 counterclockwise, remove old filter, insert new filter and turn clockwise until it stops.
Door Gasket Replacement
Remove old gasket from channel, clean channel thoroughly, warm new gasket in warm water for flexibility, insert into channel starting at corners.
Light Bulb Replacement
Use only appliance-rated bulbs (40W maximum). Unplug refrigerator, remove lens cover, replace bulb, replace cover, restore power.
Ice Maker Assembly
Disconnect water supply, remove mounting screws, disconnect electrical connections, remove old unit, reverse process for installation.
Shelves and Bins
Most shelves slide out after lifting front edge. Glass shelves require careful handling. Door bins typically snap into place.
Temperature Control
Control board replacement requires technical expertise. Document wire connections before disassembly. Consider professional service.
