Gas & Electric Models

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance from cabinets.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check all connections for leaks using leak detection solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet for electric models or 120V for gas models with electrical features.
  5. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven, and control functions to ensure proper operation.
Warning: Gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician. Improper installation can cause gas leaks, fire, or carbon monoxide poisoning.

Troubleshooting
