30" Freestanding Electric Range

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance to cabinets.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Electrical Connection: For electric models: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz, 40A circuit. For gas models: Connect to 120V, 60Hz grounded outlet.
  4. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  5. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Position the Range: Carefully slide range into position, ensuring it's level and properly aligned with cabinets.
  7. Final Checks: Ensure all connections are secure, level the range, and verify proper operation of all burners and oven functions.

Troubleshooting
