Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to electrical/gas connections.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 50Hz outlet for electric models. Ensure circuit breaker matches oven requirements.
- Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation space around oven as specified in manual. Maintain clearance from cabinets and walls.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level for proper door operation and baking results.
- Initial Burn-off: Run oven at maximum temperature for 60 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues before first use.
