Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Burner won't ignite (Gas) Power issue, clogged burner ports, faulty igniter Check power supply, clean burner ports, ensure gas supply is on
Uneven baking results Oven not level, incorrect rack position, convection fan not working Level the oven, use recommended rack positions, check convection system
Element not heating (Electric) Faulty heating element, bad connection, control board issue Check element continuity, ensure proper connection, test control board
Gas odor Gas leak, improper burner adjustment, delayed ignition Check for leaks with detector solution, adjust air shutter, clean igniter
Error codes on display Sensor failure, control board issue, wiring problem Note error code and consult manual, check sensor connections
Self-clean not working Door not locked, thermal fuse blown, faulty lock mechanism Ensure door locks completely, check thermal fuse, test lock switch

Error Codes

  • F1: Oven temperature sensor failure - Check sensor connection
  • F2: Oven temperature too high - Check for blocked vents
  • F3/F4: Open/short circuit in oven sensor - Replace sensor
