Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe wrench
- Tape measure
- Gas leak detector solution
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the gas range.
- Gas Connection: Connect to a 1/2" NPT gas supply line using an approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe joint compound to male threads only.
- Check for Leaks: Use a gas leak detector solution to check all connections for leaks. Do not use open flame to check for leaks.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Ensure proper grounding for electronic ignition system.
- Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure the anti-tip bracket to the floor or wall according to instructions to prevent tipping.
