Convection Oven

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Voltage tester
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all protective films, tapes, and packaging materials from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 40A circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  4. Ventilation Check: Ensure proper ventilation space around the oven as specified in the manual.
  5. Secure Installation: Secure the oven in the cabinet opening using the provided mounting brackets.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.

Troubleshooting
