Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread sealant

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to a properly sized gas supply line using an approved flexible connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Check for Gas Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate a leak - tighten connections and retest.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven, and broiler functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.
Warning: All gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage. Improper installation can create fire and carbon monoxide hazards.
