Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Level
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pipe wrench
- Gas leak detector solution
- Tape measure
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
- Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all packaging materials, protective films, and shipping bolts from the oven and range.
- Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Use pipe sealant suitable for gas connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Ensure circuit is dedicated to the oven.
- Ventilation Check: Verify proper ventilation system is in place and functional before operation.
- Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Gas Leak Test: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak - tighten connections and retest.
- Test Run: Perform initial burn-in by operating all burners and oven functions to check for proper operation and flame characteristics.
