Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all packaging materials, protective films, and shipping bolts from the oven and range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved flexible gas connector. Use pipe thread sealant suitable for gas connections.
  4. Check for Gas Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate leaks. Do not use open flame to check for leaks.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Ensure proper polarization.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper operation before regular use.
Warning: Gas appliance installation must be performed by a qualified technician in accordance with local codes. Improper installation can cause gas leaks, fire, or carbon monoxide poisoning.
