Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location near electrical connection on a solid, level floor with proper ventilation space around the refrigerator.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, tapes, and protective films from the refrigerator interior and exterior.
- Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is level from front to back and side to side for proper door operation.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet. Do not use an extension cord or power strip.
- Clearance Check: Ensure at least 2 inches of clearance at the back and sides for proper ventilation and door swing.
- Initial Setup: Allow the refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in to let refrigerant settle.
- Temperature Settings: Set refrigerator to 37°F (3°C) and freezer to 0°F (-18°C) for optimal performance.
