Gas & Electric Models

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench (for gas models)
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with adequate clearance from cabinets.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the range.
  3. Gas Connection (Gas Models): Connect to gas supply using approved flexible gas connector. Apply pipe joint compound to male threads only.
  4. Electrical Connection (Electric Models): Connect to proper voltage circuit (120V for controls, 240V for heating elements). Use appropriate wire gauge.
  5. Anti-Tip Bracket Installation: Install anti-tip bracket to wall or floor as specified in instructions to prevent tipping.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven functions, and safety features before regular use.
Warning: Gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician. All electrical connections must comply with local codes.

Troubleshooting
