Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper location and clearances.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape, foam, and cardboard. Keep bolts for doors if needed.
  2. Position refrigerator: Place on a level floor with at least 1-inch clearance on sides and back, and 2-inch clearance at top.
  3. Connect water line: Shut off water supply. Connect a 1/4-inch copper water line to the refrigerator inlet valve.
  4. Plug into dedicated outlet: Use a properly grounded 115V, 60Hz, 15-amp outlet.
  5. Level the refrigerator: Adjust front leveling legs so doors close and seal properly.

WARNING! Refrigerator is heavy; use two people to move. Ensure water connection is tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

After installation, allow refrigerator to cool for 24 hours before adding food.

  1. Power on: Plug in refrigerator. The interior light and control panel should illuminate.
  2. Set temperatures: Press and hold TEMP buttons to set fresh food compartment to 37°F (3°C) and freezer to 0°F (-18°C).

Using the Ice & Water Dispenser

Dispenser requires water line connection and power.

  1. Select ice type: Press CRUSHED ICE or CUBED ICE button. Indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Dispense ice: Press glass against ice paddle. Release to stop.
  3. Dispense water: Press WATER button, then press glass against water paddle.
  4. Lock dispenser: Press and hold LOCK for 3 seconds to prevent accidental dispensing.
  5. Replace water filter: When FILTER light turns on, twist old filter counterclockwise to remove. Insert new filter and twist clockwise until it stops.

Tip: First batch of ice may be discolored or have odd odor. Discard first two batches.

Care & Cleaning

  1. Exterior: Clean stainless steel with manufacturer-recommended cleaner. Wipe control panel with damp cloth.
