Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper location and clearances.

1. Remove packaging: Remove all tape, foam, and protective film.
2. Position refrigerator: Place on a level floor with at least 1-inch clearance on sides and back, 2 inches at top.
3. Connect water line: For ice maker and dispenser, connect to a cold water line with a shut-off valve.
4. Plug into dedicated 120V AC, 60Hz outlet.
5. Allow 24 hours for cooling before adding food.

WARNING! Refrigerator is heavy; use two people to move. Ensure water line connections are tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

After installation, follow these steps for initial operation.

1. Set temperature: Use the control panel to set refrigerator to 37°F (3°C) and freezer to 0°F (-18°C).
2. Flush water system: Dispense and discard 2-3 gallons of water to clear the system.
3. Install water filter: Insert the EveryDrop filter (model EDR3RXD1) and run water for 5 minutes.
4. Adjust shelves and bins: Configure interior storage to suit your needs.
5. Enable energy-saving modes: If desired, activate Sabbath mode or other settings via the control panel.

1. Adjustable Shelves: Lift front edge and pull out to reposition or remove for cleaning.
2. Gallon Door Bins: Hold large containers; slide up to remove.
