Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Ensure proper location with adequate clearance.

  1. Remove packaging: Take off all tape, foam, and protective film.
  2. Position refrigerator: Allow 1-inch clearance on sides and back, 2-inch top clearance for ventilation.
  3. Level the unit: Adjust front leveling legs using a wrench for stability.
  4. Connect water line: Use ¼-inch copper tubing or FDA-approved plastic line to water supply.
  5. Plug into dedicated 115V, 60Hz AC outlet.

WARNING! Refrigerator is heavy; use two people for moving. Ensure floor can support weight.

First-Time Setup

Plug in refrigerator; allow 24 hours for cooling before adding food.

  1. Set temperatures: Use control panel to set fridge to 37°F (3°C) and freezer to 0°F (-18°C).
  2. Flush water system: Dispense 2-3 gallons of water to clear air and particles from new lines.

Temperature Settings: Fridge 34-46°F (1-8°C), Freezer -6 to 6°F (-21 to -14°C). Dispenser Lock: Press and hold LOCK for 3 seconds to disable dispenser. Filter Indicator: Flashes when filter needs replacement; press FILTER RESET for 3 seconds after changing. Door Alarm: Sounds if door left open >5 minutes; press ALARM RESET to silence.

Connecting Water Line

Required for ice maker and water dispenser.

  1. Turn off main water supply.
  2. Connect ¼-inch water line to cold water pipe using saddle valve or compression fitting.
  3. Route line to refrigerator connection at bottom rear (avoid kinks).
  4. Connect line to refrigerator inlet valve; tighten by hand plus ¼ turn with wrench.
  5. Turn on water; check for leaks at all connections.

Tip: Use manufacturer-recommended water line. Do not use plastic tubing not rated for pressure.

Using the Dispenser

Provides ice and chilled water.

  1. Activate: Press glass against dispenser pad or press lever.
  2. Select ice type: Press ICE TYPE to toggle between cubed and crushed.
  3. Stop: Remove glass or release lever.
  4. Dispenser lock: Press and hold LOCK button for 3 seconds to enable/disable.
  5. First ice: May take 24 hours after installation to produce first batch.

WARNING! Do not use dispenser without water line connected. Keep children away from dispenser lever.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning interior. Use mild detergent and warm water; avoid abrasive cleaners.

Exterior: Wipe stainless steel with grain using manufacturer-approved cleaner. Interior: Remove shelves and bins; wash with soapy water. Condenser coils: Vacuum every 6-12 months (located at back or bottom front grille).

CAUTION! Do not use sharp objects to remove ice. Never clean with flammable fluids.
