  6. Flush line by dispensing water into a container for 3 minutes.
  7. Lift ice maker signal arm to start ice production.

Tip: Allow 24 hours for first batch of ice. Discard first two batches.

Using the Refrigerator

Optimize storage for energy efficiency and food preservation.

  1. Organize food: Place dairy and drinks in door bins; meats and leftovers on shelves; produce in crispers.
  2. Adjust humidity: Use high setting for vegetables, low for fruits.
  3. Ice maker: Ice bucket holds approximately 5 lbs. Empty regularly.
  4. Power outage: Keep doors closed. Food will stay cold for up to 4 hours if full, 2 hours if half-full.
